By Pete Longfellow, Splash Magazine There is a Tim named Toona, He lives down by the sea. He named his band Blind Toona, Now enjoying 17 years of popularity. But years ago, Tim Toona, Sang back up and went on tour. The J. Giles Band loved Tim Toona, But back to Virginia Beach, Tim Toona did soar. In a husky voice speaks Tim Toona, He's a man whose been educated by life. Working days and gigging nights, says Toona, Is what cost Tim Toona his wife. But, now, Tim's band, Blind Toona, Keeps steady and is booked solid 'til June. You don't have to worry about seeing Tim Toona, He'll be coming to your club soon. "It is all about having fun," says Toona, "You can even sit in and sing. "Over the years just about everybody," laughs Toona, Has sat in and sang something" If ever you see Blind Toona, Be prepared to have some fun. "I'll take requests, too," prompts Tim Toona, I can play just about anything under the sun." Now this Tim, we call Tim Toona, Is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. And his band he calls Blind Toona, Is nearly impossible for you to beat. So hail to you, Tim Toona, Good luck to wherever you may roam.
